Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive to join our growing global team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored automation or AI-driven solutions that meet business needs. We want someone who is proactive in identifying new revenue opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and not afraid to reach out, follow up, negotiate, and win.
You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, high client satisfaction, and continuous value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of prospects and opportunities and drive them through the full sales cycle to close.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling new solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to support account growth.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and track engagement using CRM tools.
- Monitor account performance, feedback, and satisfaction to drive retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in B2B account management, sales, or client success roles.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- A hunter mindset: resilient, proactive, and willing to put in the hard work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with technology, consulting, or automation industries is a plus.
- Self-motivated, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
