Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive, hunter-minded Business Development Representative to drive new business globally. This role is all about cold outreach, cold calling, and building pipelines from scratch. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and converting interest into qualified opportunities. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and key to driving business growth through strong, trust-based client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Proactively research, identify, and engage new prospects in global markets. 

• Conduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to build pipeline. 

• Drive the full qualification process, ensuring strong opportunity flow.

• Develop customized pitches and proposals based on client needs. 

• Present and promote company services effectively to prospective clients. 

• Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company goals. 

• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies. 

• Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipeline progress, and deal status in CRM systems. 

• Provide regular updates and insights to management on market trends and performance. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition. 

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). 

• Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales. 

• A hunter mindset: resilient, proactive, and willing to put in the hard work. 

• Strong understanding of the technology industry, preferably with exposure to automation or AI solutions. 

• Comfort working independently and hitting outreach volume targets. 

• Proven track record in generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven and analytical mindset. 

• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients across different cultures. 

Bonus Points: 

• Experience working with startups or small, fast-paced teams. 

• Background in AI, automation, or digital transformation projects
